Operation

•Push the set-knob for loading until the knob stops.
•Melt the solder.
•Apply the nozzle to the melted solder and press the button.

Maintenance

Nozzle replacement
•Rotate the nozzle part anti-clockwise in 90° and pull out the nozzle.
Cylinder Removal
•Tease out the screw and pull the shaft.
•Stretch the cylinder and take it off.
•Step 1 also helps cleaning the solder on the surface of the cylinder.

Remarks

•Please clean the cylinder from time to time to keep efficiency.
For reloading, avoid the solder blocking the nozzle.
